Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of Experience in Supplier Management, Sourcing Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain within a technology or related industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and implementing operational processes for supplier onboarding, performance tracking (scorecards/QBRs), or risk management.
- Experience developing metrics, systems, process improvements or performance scorecards for supply chain or procurement.
- Experience with contract management oversight and understanding of legal agreements within a supply chain context.

In this role, you will be a critical leader in the Google Cloud Equipment Supply Chain, responsible for defining and executing the strategy for supplier management and sourcing processes for all Data Center equipment. You will drive significant improvements in operational efficiency, governance, and risk mitigation across the supplier lifecycle. Your role requires a strong blend of strategic process development, cross-functional collaboration, and execution to ensure Google maintains a resilient, high-performing, and compliant supply base.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable processes to reduce cycle time, drive automation, and ensure governance across core sourcing and procurement operations functions.
- Oversee and optimize the complete supplier lifecycle, from onboarding and due diligence through off-boarding, ensuring efficiency and strict compliance standards are met.
- Lead the implementation of a Supplier Performance Management (SPM) program, utilizing detailed scorecards and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to mitigate risk and continuously improve quality, delivery, and cost.
- Provide oversight for contract management, ensuring all appropriate agreements are executed promptly to mitigate supply chain risks and maintain compliance across products and suppliers.
- Drive measurable supply chain, inventory, and process improvements using insights from supplier performance metrics and leveraging market intelligence to inform strategy.
