Industry and Analytics Manager, Ukraine Market (English, Ukrainian)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian fluently to interact with local clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working on the advertiser, agency, or media owner side.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of the competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., creating dashboards, automating custom reports, and materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into actionable insights, presented as a logical and compelling story.
  • Ability to co-ordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned project components.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences at all levels.

As an Industry and Analytics Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and technical advisor to Google's biggest partners. You will bridge the gap between complex data science and business growth, leveraging your expertise in measurement and analytics to influence market-shaping strategies. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through deep analysis and translating those insights into powerful, data-driven Google solutions that drive outsized performance for both Google and customers. You will develop and strengthen C-level connections, create ambitious account plans and execute strategies, helping and inspiring clients to achieve their objectives and to be successful in a world of on-demand viewership and AI solutions using Google's products and services. You will establish and maintain a reputation as a thought leader in the market, offering clear value and insights to customers particularly in areas like measurement and vertical expertise.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Engage key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
  • Develop and own analytical modeling for key projects, transforming datasets into actionable insights, delivered through logical and compelling narratives that facilitate high-level business decision-making.
  • Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
  • Design and deploy experimental designs (A/B testing) and causal inference models to measure incrementality, leveraging measurement science (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, causal impact) to prove Google’s value against customer objectives.
  • Distill technical data into compelling presentations for executive and general audiences, pitching tailored, data-driven Google solutions that combine deep product knowledge with storytelling to navigate objections, secure investment, and exceed revenue targets.
