Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience with SQL.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Internet products and technologies in either software engineering, product management, technical account management, sales engineering or a related field.
- Experience in coding, data querying, and data analysis.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, coupled with effective negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Own the technical relationship with partners and work closely with the Business Development team to discuss new agreements and make sure these partners are successful on YouTube (thereby helping to unlock the rights to additional highly desired content for the YouTube community to enjoy).
- Identify, drive, and optimize the flow from existing and new business opportunities by leveraging YouTube technologies through prototyping and innovation, developing systems, tools, and solutions to scale up partner support.
- Perform implementation reviews, communicate and seek adoption of new product features and internal tools, and ensure the prompt resolution of technical challenges.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner’s integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
