Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing and implementing programs and processes.
  • Experience in leadership in projects that have had an impact on business operations across international markets.
  • Experience with project and program management with a proven ability to identify, develop, manage and scale complex projects and drive adoption across a large organization while ensuring alignment between business, culture and people.
  • Ability to identify and manage complex projects and deliver adoption across a large organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take complex topics and create narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent strategic and presentation skills with effective business acumen.

As a Solutions Consultant/Program Manager (PgM) in the cross-unit team in Keeping In Compliance (KIC), you will lead, execute and contribute to organization wide initiatives, KIC specific strategic projects and cross-team projects to drive organizational efficiency and impact for KIC and gTech Users and Products (gUP). You will create one KIC to influence organizational initiatives and activate these in the KIC team. You will work with stakeholder teams within the organization and ensure initiatives drive measurable results and impact in KIC and beyond. You will assess, collate and drive projects around KIC team needs to create standards and best practices in KIC.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$156,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Create project plans, execute projects and recruit subject matter experts in the field.
  • Activate projects from different levels of the organization within KIC.
  • Create measurable outcomes for project success measurement and report on them.
  • Work with executive stakeholders, give progress updates and sign-off for projects with varying scope.
  • Create cross-team points of view to support executive decision making and influencing gTech Users and Products (gUP) wide projects.
