Head of Agency Relationship Management, Southeast Asia

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in agency partnerships, media buying, marketing or advertising agencies or digital marketing industry.
  • Experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in building and managing sales teams.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Understanding of the media agency business.

In this role, you will build, lead and develop a regional team of industry-leading Agency Relationship managers to establish sustainable and mutually beneficial partner relationships with media partners across the Southeast Asia region. You will supercharge Google's Business growth and share-of-wallet wins off the back of agency towards Google as a trusted partner and agency capabilities to get the Google platforms for advertiser clients.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead and develop a regional team of Agency Relationship managers to own Google's relationship with Big Networks as business leaders, by developing and executing quality agency partnership plans, with an eye toward proactively co-developing agency capabilities grounded in Google products and platforms.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to grow or defend Google’s share of wallet.
  • Accelerate account growth by leading a One Google Team approach, partnering across internal stakeholders.
  • Lead Agency stakeholders through industry-defining moments (e.g. Privacy, Brand Safety), be a trusted Subject Matter Expert for Agency Leaders.
  • Oversee Commercial agreements with Agencies in partnership with the Southeast Asia agreements Lead.
