Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in technical consulting or project/program management in corporate IT, professional IT services, or product development.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying cloud-based solution architectures, Data Lakes and Data Warehouse solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading IT implementations, IT support, deployments, or business development activities.
- Experience in implementing large-scale cloud or software projects in corporate environments.
- Experience with relevant technologies like Databases and DevOps, and in scalable application development.
- Knowledge of infrastructure or data migrations to Cloud platforms.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and influencing skills.

The Google Cloud Global Services Delivery team is responsible for effectively introducing Google’s most strategic clients to Google Cloud Platform, and assisting them from inception to production. We solve the most challenging and complex technical problems - from infrastructure migration, to network optimization, to security best practices, and much more.
As a Cloud Platform Manager, you will lead the Technical team, an integral part of the broader organization, working closely with regional leads to accommodate the demand for skills, to provide technical leadership across the region, and to mentor a growing team of Consultants and Engineers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow while working in small, high-performance teams, bringing your demonstrated leadership acumen to a team responsible for ensuring the best experience for customers moving to Google Cloud. You and your team will be responsible for providing technical solutions, managing relationships with our customers' technical staff, and generally enabling our Google Cloud partners. You will identify hard problems and develop permanent, elegant solutions. You should be motivated, comfortable, demonstrate a desire to learn, and, most importantly, love working with Google products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$263,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of Architects, Consultants and Engineers.
- Consult with customers on technical issues based on in-depth product and technical knowledge.
- Develop technical solutions and assets. Document reproducible solutions for customers and partners.
- Provide technical implementation support in customer environments, including guidance on implementation feasibility of cross-product integrations.
- Able to travel up to 15% of the time per year, internationally.
