Marketing Technology Manager, YouTube Marketing

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Product, or related work at a technology company.
  • Experience working in cross-functional global teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners, including product, engineering and user experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent track record of identifying and implementing scalable process improvements.
  • Excellent process and project management skills with the ability to set goals and systematically prioritize initiatives.

About the job

In this role, you will help develop the next generation of YouTube’s MarTech strategy and support all of YouTube’s critical marketing priorities spanning from Brand to Product Growth. You will partner closely with other Marketing and cross-functional teams (Product Management, UX, Engineering) to deliver on that MarTech strategy, roadmap, and execution. Through this role, you will get exposure to every YouTube product and engage in the YouTube Marketing channels.

YouTube/Video Global Solutions is the link between Google video products and sales. Our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world. We do this by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with MarTech and Marketing to align tech solutions with business goals.
  • Design and implement the MarTech roadmap for marketing execution.
  • Own cross-functional partnerships with Product and Engineering.
  • Improve MarTech performance and processes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track and communicate marketing impact.
