  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in the sports or media industry.
  • Experience with property, agency or major media company.
  • Experience with content partner management, including advising and consulting on good programming practices.
  • Experience supporting partner activation events, including creative ideating and operational planning.
  • Experience with content partner structuring, including business agreement points.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

About the job

As a Sports and Live, Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you will primarily support and grow partnerships with sports properties across YouTube Main and YouTube TV. You will be developing account strategies, handling agreement negotiations and supporting events and activations for partners to deliver on global priorities. You will require analytics-based strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, partner-management skills and an understanding of the sports media industry.At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$206,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned sports content partners (best practices for programming, quarterly business reviews, etc.).
  • Support partner activation events.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of constituents, particularly in creators, product and marketing, as well as with external partners.
  • Understand industry trends and market insights.
