Data and Measurement Lead, Large Customer Sales (Fixed-Term Contract)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with working in an investigative or consulting role within the digital marketing, advertising, media measurement, or performance marketing industry.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in collaborating with executive decision makers with excellent customer-facing, consultative, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of modern media measurement solutions including econometric modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing with the ability to integrate data into business plans.
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into narratives and business objectives for executive-level audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

About the job

In this role, you will partner with major advertisers to maximize their Return on Investment (ROI) and growth using Google's advertising solutions. You will leverage the expertise in advanced measurement solutions to diagnose client needs, lead engagements, and translate data into business outcomes and business growth. You will act as an owner, driving the adoption of modern measurement solutions across clients and partners.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise in measurement solutions like incrementality, marketing mix models and attribution to test and measure the success and impact of the recommendations, helping the customers understand the value provided by Google's partnership.
  • Lead client engagements to understand client measurement needs, identify gaps in their current strategies, and implement solutions that drive business growth.
  • Manage delivery of measurement solutions by working with other Google teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge about the capabilities of Google measurement and attribution technologies, and other industry technology solutions.
