Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience working in content, technology, support operations, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with stakeholders in Product and Engineering teams with a tech-first mindset, influencing outcomes, and driving measurable results.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and related ads products.
- Deep understanding of AI-powered content strategy tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, knowledge management principles, and data analysis, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams and thriving in an often ambiguous environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Content Strategists and Knowledge Managers driving the development and delivery of high-quality content and knowledge required for Google Ads and internal users.
- Guide a team of Content Strategists and Knowledge Managers, fostering a culture that leverages AI to innovate the development, personalization, and delivery of high-quality knowledge for Google Ads users and internal teams.
- Lead a team of Knowledge Managers to create, curate, and maintain high-quality knowledge assets and deliver them across all surfaces.
- Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Google, understanding their needs and expectations for knowledge management services.
- Establish and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the knowledge management strategy and demonstrate its impact on user satisfaction, self-sufficiency, and agent empowerment.
