Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in process mapping, process enhancement, or system implementation.
  • Experience in Cloud capacity planning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience across automation and process initiatives with change management across capacity planning, resource management and delivery, new product introduction, supply chain management, or infrastructure deployment.
  • Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.
  • Experience with data center hardware technology and data center capacity planning and budgeting.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will work with a set of stakeholders ranging from sales, customer engineering, professional services organization, product, and engineering.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline the fulfillment lifecycle for first-party consumer and services workloads.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Management teams to identify, prioritize, and drive technical improvements in planning, ordering, and fulfillment systems.
  • Develop and maintain methodologies and tools for accurate demand forecasting, and capacity management, ensuring clear visibility from initial demand signal through to final fulfillment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for first-party workloads fulfillment, identify issues, risks, and opportunities for operational efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to align on planning inputs, fulfillment priorities, and operational metrics.
