Accelerated Growth Consultant, Google Customer Solutions (English, German)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical
    experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to manage client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
  • Experience in prospecting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

The Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) is a sales team designed to grow small and medium-sized businesses with significant expansion potential. AGT specializes in building full funnel strategies to increase customer's return on investment, scale customer business base, and make business more profit.

As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you will be establishing key strategic relationships and consulting to accelerate any type of business, including startups and known brands. You will provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis which enable these companies to become market leaders. You'll strive to explore the business needs of Google's highest-potential clients, developing an understanding of how our range of solutions can grow their business. Working with them, you will define their goal, broadening the scope of what they can achieve, and developing transformational digital growth strategies to take their business to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing team.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing, design effective marketing strategies, and deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms).
