Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience managing projects or supporting the planning and development of business agreements.
- 4 years of experience in underwriting.
- Experience conducting data analysis in spreadsheet or other modeling software.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to comfortably work in ambiguous, collaborative, and fast-moving environments.
- Ability to support multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Underwrite and analyze agreement proposals for data center acquisitions to assess cost and risks, support team members in agreement negotiation.
- Leverage real estate or business investment expertise to distill broad trends through acquisition benchmarking analysis, and quantitative analysis around cost drivers to inform negotiation teams.
- Develop and progress financial models, including calculation that can compare across use cases including agreement specific details and portfolio-wide impacts.
- Develop and progress calculation and use of internal financial metrics, build a repeatable method of ingesting agreement financials from dedicated models into various other internal tools.
- Work collaboratively across teams on financial analytics.
