  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of import/export and hazmat shipping regulations

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Google Raxium operations team undertakes the manufacturing and logistical operations at Raxium's semiconductor manufacturing fabrication facility, where proprietary microLED displays are fabricated. Raxium has established a revolutionary semiconductor materials display technology that enables new functionality in display products, bringing to users a link between the digital and physical applications such as augmented reality (AR) and light-field display. In this role, you'll define and implement workflows for receiving all inventory items, maintain adequate stock levels, and establish procedures for cycle counts, reordering, replenishment, and reporting.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize inventory of materials including chemicals and supplies. 
  • Implement procedures such as cycle counts, inventory review, reordering and replenishment, and reporting on inventory levels to the broader team.
  • Optimize inventory levels by forecasting demand based on usage trends and recommend safety stock levels.
  • Implement new inventory stockers and inventory tracking systems for fab supplies, chemicals, and incoming wafers.
  • Maintain inventory levels and define the workflow for receiving all inventory items including chemicals, supplies, and spare parts.
