Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive promoting.
- Experience working with channel business, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and to achieve goals to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

In this role, you will be working with new customers as they go through a sustainable onboarding period, you set the goal and the strategy for how their products and services reach thousands or millions of users. You will have a set of new customers for six months to make them successful long-term and grow the next generation of high-potential customers for Google. You work with a highly engaged, fun team and bring creativity to grow and transform. You will use your strengths in product knowledge, consultative promoting, and account management. You will work cross-functionally with our Acquisitions, Product, Program, and Same-Store teams.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
