Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, technology sales, data analytics, performance marketing, business analysis, product strategy, or a related technical field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Finance advertisers and agencies to identify technical issues and opportunities, promote advertising technology and marketing technology solutions, and lead project planning.
- Experience working with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub, or Google Cloud) and familiarity with big data and data warehouses (e.g., Demand-Side Platforms, Customer Data Platforms, or Data Management Platforms), as well as tag management systems and web analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in environments with effective time-management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.

As a Data Transformation Lead, you will be at the forefront of a major shift, helping some of the world's most innovative tech companies revolutionize their approach to marketing through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI). You won't just be implementing solutions; you'll be shaping the future of marketing for these industry leaders.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, data science, and engineering, to drive the adoption of innovative AI-powered marketing strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into technical roadmaps and ensuring successful implementation. You'll play a pivotal role in defining best practices and influencing the broader industry, making a real impact on the success of our clients and Google's growth. You'll also be responsible for fostering excellent relationships with C-level executives, guiding them through the implications of AI and data-driven marketing.
Responsibilities
- Establish oneself as a trusted advisor and technical product seller who understands how durable measurement infrastructure strategy will help customers overcome unique industry and ecosystem issues; and can articulate deep product knowledge to support customer business objectives.
- Identify, cultivate, and own marketing technology relationships within advertisers and agencies and develop executive business partnerships with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Technical specialists, and Google partners to synthesize technical and business requirements into cohesive business cases.
- Own the business cycle for key data and measurement capabilities and tech infrastructure to drive customer adoption and growth of Google’s solutions.
- Triage for implementation effectively, acting as a liaison between partner teams to ensure project completion and ongoing value.
