Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
- Experience with data modeling, scripting languages (SQL or equivalent) and business intelligence tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in program management in a hypergrowth environment.
- Ability to navigate a global, fast-growing, and dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage individual deliverables, with the organizational skills to support complex cross-functional project delivery.
- Excellent business judgement and problem-solving skills, and ability to influence business leadership.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that may require interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.

The Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of the South East Asia (SEA) GTM strategy through key pillars across the annual planning process, including customer segmentation, territory design and quota cascade, to ensure alignment between the SEA and global GTM strategy.
- Execute on key operational processes related to the implementation of SEA’s GTM strategy through annual planning and in-year processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the SEA Sales and Operations team and sales leadership by structuring, analyzing, and communicating business issues and delivering actionable insights that directly influence key growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud to drive alignment on the execution and achievement of key business goals and continuously update the overall strategy for Google Cloud in SEA.
- Identify and implement best practices to standardize key planning processes and GTM workstreams across APAC and Global teams.
