Search Specialist, gTech Ads Solutions (English, Japanese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to engage and support English and Japanese speaking clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of online/offline advertising solutions and the media landscape.
  • Ability to guide team members in the implementation of tools/processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and number sets to draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of teams.

About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality solutions to our customers by supporting Google's advertisers and agencies with consultation on Google Ads platforms. You will work closely with the Japan Sales team to set objectives and manage day-to-day business operations.

In addition to your local contributions to the Japan business, you will also be expected to partner with peers in other countries to drive impact across the APAC Media Solutions team.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client context and provide solutions to achieve their Customer Business Objectives (CBOs) by utilizing all existing resources in and outside of the team.
  • Lead action plans to identify, standardize and centralize activities related to sales support.
  • Be the subject matter expert on Google Ads Search product usage in various situations, and deliver unique value through product performance solutions.
  • Identify process improvement areas and solutions. Share and encourage best practices across both LCS teams.
