Business Intelligence Analyst, gSO, gDATA

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • 4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in developing BI solutions including dashboards and data pipelines using advanced SQL and visulization tools.
  • Experience in developing AI features to enhance BI capabilities and ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements for impactful data products.
  • Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.

About the job

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will empower gTech Ads teams to make data-driven decisions by delivering integrated BI solutions that translate data into actionable insights. You will leverage internal data systems to design intuitive dashboards, maintain data pipelines, and develop tools that automate analyses and insights, ensuring efficient access to key metrics and driving business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive dashboards, reports, and self-service solutions that transform data into clear, actionable insights. Leverage AI to enhance Business Intelligence capabilities, driving advanced analytics and automation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from translating ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, advocating best practices to ensure data integrity and address anomalies. Mentor and guide team members on data concepts and tools to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
