Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of combined operations management and workplace service experience, with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management, or equivalent management experience.
- Ability to travel across offices within the region, as well as travel to leadership summits.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for all aspects of workplace services and operations in a portfolio that spans a 130k square foot in the region, including offices that are created to support our vendor partners.
- Build relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners to enhance the employee experience.
- Communicate strategies to executive management through timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication.
- Provide direction and leadership to the Google Workplace teams who oversee a vendor partner for Facilities Services or provide program driven direction. Manage both individual and team performances, focusing on nurturing future talent and leaders in the organization.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency and best practices across regions, while innovating to improve effectiveness of our operations, including with cross-functional partners and cohorts, such as the Centers of Excellence.
