Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in sales strategy, digital ad operations, advertising sales, business-development or consulting, go-to-market, creative agency operations.
  • Experience in developing successful scaled initiatives/Go-To-Market related to Creative, Partners, or AI.
  • Experience working in partnership management or creative AI capabilities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience providing product and domain expertise and leading end-to-end responsibilities for product area related client projects for one or multiple customers to increase product adoption.
  • Experience establishing and advancing goals and priorities, the sales organization, and customers.
  • Experience working with deals at a traditional or online media company.
  • Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users with quantitative and qualitative analysis and developing solutions.
  • Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders with competing objectives to address customer product needs and close deals.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and competitive landscape.

This team helps drive partnerships and YouTube commitments with the clients using Creative. Working cross-functionally across account and agency teams, we provide creative solutions, support, drive new ways of thinking about creative effectiveness, and deliver value and business impact that helps close agreements that contribute to Google’s annual goals. You are developing and executing a program and GTM strategy that drives the education, excitement, and adoption of our Creative AI 3PPs across Google’s top clients. This position requires a unique blend of business strategy, program management, partner relations, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

With deep knowledge of US video market trends, creative, Google products, AI, client needs and macro agency knowledge, you’ll lead the adoption of Creative AI capabilities at a sector level, with critical ownership of key AI partners and work-streams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end strategy and GTM sales motion for our AI 3PP program. 
  • Create impactful materials and collateral for both internal and external audiences, including pitch decks, workflow guides, case studies, and educational resources.
  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with select 3PPs to ensure projects are on track for US customer activation. Be responsible for unblocking challenges, anticipating future needs, and conducting regular business reviews to deepen the partnership.
  • Define processes for 3P Creative AI workshops, case studies with Google Marketing, codifying a HoldCo strategy, and developing workflows with critical teams such as Value Consulting, Google Product, and Analytical Leads to bolster pitch materials and ensure proper learning agendas/success criteria are in place.
  • Set up and manage data sources to identify trends, inform decision-making, and provide executive-level updates on program performance.
