Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • 4 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries to influence across teams with similar objectives, aligning resources and direction.
  • Understanding of media industry issues to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace by being a creative and performance-minded thinker.
  • Familiarity with offline media, brand lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques and Google advertising products.
  • Excellent business judgment, strategic, problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action, making presentations to C-level/executive audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive stakeholders to build organizational strategy and Go-to-Market (GTM) narrative, collaborating cross-functionally to drive Google’s Ads solutions while testing the status quo.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing strategists, fostering a team-first culture through proactive coaching, meaningful career evaluations, and professional development plans.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align priorities and leverage service strategies such as Customer Success Acceleration (CSA) and service segmentation to address customer needs and achieve shared business goals.
  • Deliver account-level excellence and maximize advertiser Return on Investment (ROI) across lead generation, e-commerce, and multi-channel segments, focusing on long-term customer lifetime value.
  • Achieve quarterly performance goals and market-level growth objectives by mobilizing teams to problem-solve complex business issues and execute high-impact marketing solutions.
