Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in security, compliance, or risk management for AI/ML cloud services or enterprise software.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001/27017/27018, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, PCI DSS),
- Experience with Google Cloud's infrastructure, AI/ML offerings, and security/compliance features.
- Experience with compliance for AI/ML services.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute cross-functional compliance programs for Google Cloud AI, ensuring adherence to relevant controls, certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA), and evolving global regulations.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Legal, and key stakeholders across Google Cloud to define and deliver compliance strategy and roadmap.
- Drive the implementation of compliance controls within AI product development lifecycles and operational processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AI compliance, guiding engineering and product teams on incorporating compliance requirements into their designs and roadmaps.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits related to AI services, including evidence gathering, stakeholder coordination, and remediation tracking. Develop and maintain processes, documentation, and communication channels to ensure clarity and consistency in compliance execution across Cloud AI teams.
