Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with and managing external partners/customers of all levels, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions.
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, Google’s platforms/technology, digital operations or professional consulting.
  • Ability to communicate in Swedish or another Nordic language fluently to support client relationships in this market.
  • Excellent communication, consulting and project management skills with a proven track record in project delivery.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As a Solution Architect, you will serve as a specialized technical consultant for Google Ads products, partnering with Sales teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions. In this pivotal role, you will focus specifically on large customers within the Nordic region, driving executive-level strategy and designing seamless solutions that integrate the customer’s infrastructure with the Google advertising ecosystem. You will collaborate with various teams of gTech experts (Engineers, Data Scientists, and Specialists) to solve critical marketing challenges and fuel growth for our biggest customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams and clients to identify annual business goals and design tailored Shopping solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to secure buy-in and drive measurable value.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects and integrations, collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and Product Escalation specialists to resolve challenges and implement solutions.
  • Drive long-term client success by advocating for new product features, managing upgrades and migrations, and providing technical guidance and documentation for seamless integrations.
  • Analyze existing workflows and develop new tools, processes, and automation strategies to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
