Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
- Experience in program management or vendor management.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in process improvement or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with cross-functional engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields.
- Experience in the business technology market as a program manager in SaaS, cloud computing or emerging technologies.
- Ability to manage expectations, needs, and priorities of executive internal stakeholders based on the overall goal and program success.
- Ability to work efficiently on a product, team, or process.

In this role, you will be focused on prioritizing, designing, and executing tactical programs for all Go-To-Market Sales teams that help drive the global priorities. You will be managing programs that span across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and the standardized operational business.

Responsibilities
- Scale the work of the Google Cloud Go-to-market (GTM) teams by creating, defining, running, and reporting on global cross-functional programs according to business needs.
- Measure and report on key metrics to identify any need to change course, cancel or scale the program’s effectiveness globally.
- Communicate status and identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner.
- Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors.
- Provide program performance feedback to enable efficient cross-functional operations and iterate on the program effectively, rapidly, and at scale.
