Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain systems.
  • Experience in building integrated systems through the entire life-cycle (analyze, design, build, test, implement and support).
  • Experience with ERP , including the interplay between eCommerce ERP and PLM, CRM, Quality, or Logistics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
  • 8 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems deployment, with a strong preference for eCommerce, retail store systems and associated processes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Supply Chain systems, such as Order Management, Fulfillment, Logistics, Customer Returns and Repairs workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams with the understanding of master data management principles.
  • Ability to grow in ambiguous environments and adapt to rapidly changing landscapes.

About the job

As a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst, you will design and provide solutions that enable supply chain functions for Google’s Devices and Services operations. You will support a dynamic systems landscape spanning a group of tools and technologies (SAP and non-SAP systems). You will formulate recommended system design, partnering with external technology providers and internal product teams. With domain proficiency, you will also influence end-to-end solution design to solve supply chain business problems using industry best practices.Google's mission is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Function as the Supply Chain subject-matter-expert with focus on order management, fulfillment, logistics and returns management processes within the eCommerce, Retail, or Wholesale environments for Google's Devices and Services.
  • Define, design, and implement complex business solutions using custom built and third-party systems in partnership with the internal systems and supply chain business users.
  • Lead and participate in systems implementation projects and deliver key artifacts (e.g., requirements documentation, systems configuration, fit/gap analysis, test documentation and execution, issue identification, and resolution).
  • Support mission-critical and business-critical systems using IT and software engineering practices.
