Account Strategist, GMP Expansion, SPLA (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, or business development.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.
  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.
  • knowledge of adtech platforms.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and present solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Enable Google Customer Solutions (GCS) customers to successfully onboard onto Google Marketing Platform products: DV360, CM360, and SA360.
  • Coordinate internal resources across functional areas to fulfill customer needs, and create training strategies and learning agendas for client onboarding.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities with Account Executives (AEs) where needed to ensure continuity post-sale.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Google Marketing Platform product capabilities, their integrations, and how they work with Google Cloud.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, better enable their success with tools, and serve as a liaison between clients and product teams to communicate roadmaps and feedback.
