Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions across multiple security domains.
  • Experience with people management in a consulting or a business environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience with business development, market growth, and client relationship management.
  • Experience with delivering insights and as a trusted advisor to executives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop documentation and explain technical details.

About the job

The Regional Leader (RL) for the South East Asia (SEA) market is a leadership role responsible for driving customer success, achieving business growth goals, and promoting a professional community within Mandiant Consulting and the Google ecosystem.

In this role, you will be accountable for the execution of consulting projects, maintaining client relationships, and expanding Mandiant's market presence and business growth in the region. You will also play a key role in talent acquisition, collaborations, and representing Mandiant as a thought leader in the cybersecurity consulting space.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success within the SEA market by overseeing and remaining accountable for all Consulting Project Deliveries, maintain accountability for engagements and client experience and build trust with executive stakeholders.
  • Drive business growth and impact across a group of customers within SEA markets by delivering business growth goals and related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) through Go-to-Market (GTM) Plan for the market/function, building a pipeline through multiple lead sources and providing regular reports to management.
  • Contribute to building a Google community within and outside Mandiant Consulting.
  • Build and maintain collaboration with stakeholders within and outside of the Mandiant SEA business and represent Mandiant at external events in executive circles.
