Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems or the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with 3P ecosystems and partnerships within ad tech and Google marketing platform.
- Experience in program management and cross-organizational coordination, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive engagement.
- Experience bringing structure to a newly formed team, creating documentation and new business processes to drive efficiency and organizational consistency.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The GBO Tools teams are responsible for improving sales and support efficiency and effectiveness by building great tools for its users. Our team is the glue that binds the direction of the business with the needs of GBO in our ads ecosystem. We accomplish this by partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, gTech, GTM, and many other teams to deliver a delightful experience to our users.
Responsibilities
- Architect program strategy and goal, communicating organizational impact to executive stakeholders.
- Define and lead program charters, managing scope, timeline, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and risks for complex initiatives.
- Drive governance and engagement across work streams to ensure alignment and effective escalation.
- Lead executive stakeholder management, take a leadership role in partnering with executive business stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to optimize program delivery and business impact.
