Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with Google Ads or a similar product.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Passion about a customer's business challenges and a willingness to help them achieve positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing products and services based on client needs, and having the ability to troubleshoot potential issues and articulate problems with internal groups.
- Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally, and the ability to multi-task across multiple projects, sales leads and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will help grow our partnership, build and advocate full funnel marketing initiatives and campaigns that ignite audience excitement and awareness for ambitious theatrical slate by Uncovering Data-Driven Opportunities: Analyze campaign performance, identifying actionable insights and crafting data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and unlock maximum impact. Must be able to Forge Strategic Client Partnerships, Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and agency partners, understanding their unique business challenges, marketing ambitions, and key performance indicators with a focus on managing Revenue Growth Through Innovation: Leverage and pitch Google's advertising suite to design and execute campaigns that exceed box office goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
