Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 5 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading and landing multi-month initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree or a related field.
  • Experience building persuasive/data-driven business cases.
  • Ability to influence counterparts in Product, Business, Marketing and Operations.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders (e.g., Director) and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the job

This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization (GBO) business skills to ensuring execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. Go-to-Market (GTM) has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas.


The GPS Head of Search Ads 360 (SA360), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Commerce Retail Media, will lead the product go-to-market organization for critical Google Marketing Platform (GMP) platforms as well as the way these platforms (Display and Video 360) and enable enterprise commerce media. Partnering closely with their counter-part dedicated to Display and Video 360, the leader will represent the overall go-to-market for the Google Marketing Platform with their team supporting core product work. The individual must be a visible, vocal leader for the enterprise product suite and lead SA360 and CM360 in a broader multi-channel, AI driven martech ecosystem.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $230,000-$324,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies and business plans that drive business growth and product adoption across multi-quarter and year time horizons.
  • Lead a team of global product experts in enterprise platforms as well as broader Google-wide efforts in enterprise commerce media and enterprise measurement.
  • Partner with business leaders in Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS), Large Customer Sales (LCS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) to shape business strategies and drive product revenue and adoption in the context of a larger global business organization.
  • Partner with Product Manager (PM) and engineering leadership to develop new product capabilities and shape product roadmaps reflecting business input, market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional partners in Marketing, gTech, and business finance to align and execute a shared goal for success on critical products and projects.
