Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in GTM planning, or in Cloud FSI in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience delivering scaled GTM motions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience selling Cloud products.
- Experience with content creation and narrative development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
- Ability to learn, understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to define/execute GTM processes, analytics, and reporting to scale the business.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver a business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels.

As a Global Practice Architect for FSI at Google Cloud, you will drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by designing and managing end-to-end plays including a comprehensive bills of materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to develop, implement and refine scalable solutions aligned with business goals, market dynamics and evolving customer needs.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. - Own the construction and implementation of Go-To-Market (GTM) FSI plays for specific product portfolio.
- Drive strategic decision-making by leveraging analysis and insights, align project portfolios and GTM plans with company strategy to achieve growth for Financial Services and Insurance (FSI).
- Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM FSI blueprints across the full ecosystem such as industries, solutions, partnerships, services, enablement, compensation while collaborating with practice lead to balance efficiency and growth.
- Oversee the GTM FSI portfolio while monitoring business performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending new approaches based on results and data-driven insights.
- Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to incorporate industry best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations to practice lead to inform alignment.
