Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience preparing and delivering executive-level strategic reviews.
- Experience managing multi-dimensional, international projects.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts in a global organization.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.

In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our sales teams, leaders, and customers navigate the latest innovations in Search. You will translate product updates into clear implications for both the wider ecosystem and our customers' businesses. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our go-to-market strategy, and collaborate closely with in-market, cross-functional teams to develop our sales narratives, activate our sales plans, and refine our overall go-to-market approach.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Gather and prioritize feedback from regional LCS and GCS teams to identify the most pressing questions and feedback on Search.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Communications/Public Relations, to develop and execute our go-to-market plans and external narratives.
- Lead customer engagements to help partners navigate and understand new Search innovations, and deliver our core Search narrative.
- Upskill and train Global Business Organization teams on new Search innovations and our core Search narrative.
