Senior Technical Recruiter (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in either technical recruiting or technical sourcing.
  • Experience with client management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
  • Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills, and build productive relationships.
  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be tactful and diplomatic.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to grasp new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Source applicants, evaluate skill levels, conduct efficient and professional interviews, drive the offer process (including reference checks when appropriate, salary recommendations, and facilitation), and close applicants.
  • Manage applicants through Google's multi-faceted hiring process, maintaining a focus on excellent applicant and partner experience throughout the process. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Google’s recruitment efforts.
  • Partner with hiring teams and peers to drive impactful initiatives in hiring.
  • Keep partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work cross-functionally, and influencing at multiple levels.
  • Be involved in the staffing business strategy that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and strong client management and applicant satisfaction.
