Program Manager II, Manufacturing Supply Chain

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 2 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role.
  • 2 years of experience in managing Chief-of-Staff or Business Operations projects and scope.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years program management experience in driving cross-functional projects from idea to implementation to adoption.
  • 5 years of experience in a functional role in supply chain and outsourced manufacturing management in high tech manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in developing communications deliverables including All team/town hall meetings, manager discussions and newsletters contributions.

The role is within Global Manufacturing Operation Business Operations that helps deliver operational and organizational objectives through planning, decision-making, cross-functional alignment and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive governance and tracking for organizational performance indicators, key results, accomplishments, challenges and progress versus quarterly/annual goals.
  • Lead process and productivity improvements using AI, data analytics, automation and tooling capabilities across the organization.
  • Develop and support communications deliverables including All team meetings, Manager discussions and newsletters contributions.
  • Support ‘rhythm of the business’ including operational reviews, executive readouts, and program or special topic updates, action item tracking and team coordination.
  • Conduct evaluation activities and drive closure of process gaps. Evaluate completed process improvement projects to identify and implement best practices and lessons learned supporting annual planning processes including strategy, headcount, budget and workforce planning.
