Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in security analysis, intelligence, customer success or similar fields in cyber security.
- Experience managing internal or external customer-facing projects to completion while working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a client facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Cloud Security delivered within the context of customer-facing roles.
- Experience in security architecture or security developing.
- Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focused on security, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Deliver insightful technical briefings on the latest security trends, including threat intelligence and malware analysis.
- Address intricate technical challenges with ambiguous requirements, developing innovative and effective solutions.
- Provide timely and effective support for critical incidents and customer issues outside of standard business hours.
- Communicate with and support LATAM customers in Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
