Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 4 years of experience managing projects.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, supply chain planning, or capacity planning, with a portion focused on cloud infrastructure and network capacity.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in managing capacity delivery programs.
- Experience in leading sales and operations planning processes in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy and solutions streamline network capacity planning and delivery across stakeholders in Cloud organization.
- Design, build, lead and continuously improve the sales and operations planning process for network capacity, ensuring a integration between demand forecasting, supply planning, and financial objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, internal suppliers and finance.
