About the job

As the Director for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Auto, and Tech (CAT) Sector, you will drive growth for clients and Google’s CAT sector in Canada. You will lead a growing team managing a complex portfolio of companies across the auto, CPG, telco, and M&E industries. You will be part of the Canada Leadership team and scale the business by developing growth strategies for key accounts. You'll lead sales teams and manage C-suite relationships within the CPG, auto, and/or tech industries. You will transform products into solutions across Search, Video, and Programmatic to solve complex business problems.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$315,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Cultivate deep C-level partnerships with advertisers. Anticipate client needs and provide exceptional service to help brands scale through consultative solutions.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead an exceptional sales team. Uphold Google standards while fostering a high-performance culture to drive a fast-growing business.
  • Bring a unique perspective to the Canada Leadership team. Build bridges across internal/external stakeholders to achieve high-impact outcomes and deliver scaled measurable impact.
  • Shape the future of advertising in influential sectors by transforming products into solutions that solve complex business problems and drive growth for the business plan.
