- 10 years of experience providing workplace solutions with an emphasis in program management, corporate facilities, data analysis, vendor management, and leadership.
- Experience with people management and people development.
- Experience applying AI within the workplace management field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading an organization through change, with a track record of delivering impact.
- Track record of overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and large-scale financial operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong capability presenting both verbally and through slides.

The Bay Area Regional team delivers Workplace Services and Programs (e.g., food, health, and performance) to ~50K Googlers across a ~20M USF portfolio. As part of the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), we create the environments and experiences that enable Google to develop, supporting over 180,000 Googlers globally. Led by a General Manager, the Regional team includes regional leads and program managers.
As a Bay Area Workplace Programs Lead, you will oversee reception, occupancy planning, health, hospitality, and supplier financial governance. As the primary point of accountability, you will provide strategic leadership for programs delivered by supplier partners. Your responsibilities. You will develop motivated goals and leveraging AI tools to elevate program delivery. You will lead a high-performing team to govern partner relationships, ensuring accountability and exceptional service. You will drive an AI-native agenda by integrating advanced tools into workflows to reimagine the workplace experience. You will use insights and agreement strategies to enhance performance and the Googler experience. You will balance financial governance with creative problem-solving to foster a culture of excellence and agility. Through expert stakeholder influence and collaborative partnerships, you will ensure our workplace programs provide an experience that supports Google’s growth.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead the programs pillar (e.g., occupancy planning, finance, health and performance, hospitality, reception, shipping) with a long-term roadmap aligned to Google's growth. Ensure seamless, integrated service delivery across the Bay Area.
- Guide suppliers to scale commercially viable solutions that meet specific business needs. Execute complex agreements and use Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks to ensure high-quality vendor performance.
- Partner with Regional Directors, COEs, and stakeholders to build consensus for REWS initiatives. Cultivate an agile, high-performing team. Guide the organization through shifting priorities with resilience.
- Drive an AI native culture by automating workflows and using data to enhance the Googler experience.
- Provide supplier financial stewardship, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, forecasting, and accruals. Optimize supplier costs while upholding high service standards.
