Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Experience selling business intelligence technologies to clients.
- Experience leading and scaling teams in a cloud-based PaaS and SaaS environment.
- Experience in working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.
- Experience selling cloud-based IT solutions to companies in the Korea market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed technology into a product set.
- Experience selling AI technology stack.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI.

As an AI Sales Specialist Manager, you'll empower leading organizations to embrace the transformative power of AI by guiding them through their adoption of Google Cloud's AI solutions. By understanding their unique customers needs, you'll demonstrate how our AI-driven tools can revolutionize their operations, enhancing productivity, mobility, and collaboration. You'll collaborate with sales, providing expert guidance on our AI capabilities, and act as a liaison with product management and engineering, ensuring customer feedback shapes the evolution of Google Cloud's AI offerings. Your insights into the rapidly evolving AI landscape will be instrumental in driving innovation and setting GCP's leadership in the AI-driven future of work.
In this role, you will grow our AI business across Korea by building and leading a team who are working to deploy our AI solutions. You will build relationships with partners and external customer stakeholders, identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert together with your team, and influence long-term strategic direction for new and existing customers.
- Work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSR), Customer Engineer (CE) teams, Field Solution Architects (FSA) to ensure AI adoption, customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Execute Go-To-Market business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and GCP Partners.
- Support your team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, ensure progression and a path to production. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
- Coach the team to identify, advance, and win opportunities and AI bookings, manage business pipelines, and accelerate business growth.
