In this role, you will pioneer the future of e-commerce and digital transformation for multichannel businesses in Brazil. You will lead a sales team that acts as a trusted advisor to businesses across verticals, including Retail, Auto, Travel, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Healthcare. You will guide your team in developing and implementing strategies that leverage the full potential of Google's advertising solutions. You will foster a culture of innovation and excellence within your team, encouraging them to push boundaries and deliver groundbreaking solutions. You will collaborate with the Market Management Solutions (MMS) Commerce leadership team to define objectives, develop tactical initiatives, and ensure flawless execution.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and retain a team of exceptional sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence. Cultivate talent, providing mentorship and guidance to nurture future leaders within the organization.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) overarching business goals. Leverage market knowledge and keen business acumen to identify emerging opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite executives, agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Advocate a data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing analytical insights to assess sales performance, pinpoint areas for optimization, and measure the efficacy of initiatives.
- Serve as a visionary leader and trusted advisor, guiding your team and clients through the complexities of the digital advertising landscape.
