Programmatic Account Manager (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, online media environment, or marketing.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • Experience with Display and Video 360, social media advertising, Google Ads or similar digital advertising products.
  • Experience with online media buying and promoting processes with the knowledge of Digital Streaming Platform (DSPs), Supply-Side Platform (SSPs), and Ad Exchanges.
  • Excellent investigative business approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work on projects in a cross-functional team setting, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to deliver customer-focused results in an engaged environment with driving business results through media investment.

The Programmatic Media team in SpLatam develop and mature the programmatic ecosystem in the region by building and activating media offerings for advertisers, agencies and partners to achieve their marketing objectives using our Display and Video 360 (DV360) platform.

In this role, you will drive performance for advertisers and collaborate with agencies in order to sustain the growth of the programmatic industry in Spanish Speaking Latam.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with programmatic clients and identify new opportunities for clients to increase efficiency, optimize performance, and grow business within the Display and Video 360 platform.
  • Own programmatic media strategy and work with internal stakeholder teams to ensure performance optimization and delivery.
  • Maintain clients updated about existing and new product launches, identifying feature adoption opportunities to achieve client marketing and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory packages in Display and Video 360 are adopted, ensuring implementation and post-buy reporting to clients and agencies.
  • Escalate and resolve key client issues. Manage expectations both internally and externally with clients for campaign implementation, management and performance. Deliver accurate business growth projections to ensure account and programmatic media planning on a quarterly and annual basis.
