  • Experience in leadership and stakeholder management with the ability to work with engineering/product teams.
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate (often cross-functionally) with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.

In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more).

As a Solutions Consultant on the Labs Consumer Services team, you will be a strategic partner focused on both horizontal and vertical enablement programs across Labs and DeepMind products. You will work across a portfolio that includes pre-launch product testing, innovative solutions for user insights, and scaling services to ensure user success and operational excellence.

This is a fast-paced, rapidly developing space. You will support projects like NotebookLM, Flow and Pomelli, helping to transition prototypes into scalable consumer products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cross-functional initiatives that transform user feedback into actionable product strategies, ensuring a unified user experience.
  • Navigate and deconstruct complex, undefined problems into actionable work streams with clear ownership and milestones.
  • Identify and drive recommendations for operational frameworks that scale program capabilities and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Develop and scale tooling solutions for in-depth data analysis across non-standard user feedback sources.
  • Serve as a thought partner for partner teams to execute process optimization plans that raise the bar for excellence.
