Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in technical/engineering program management.
- 5 years of experience in cross-functional collaborations with Business Leads, Engineers, or Product Managers.
- 3 years of experience in Deep Learning.
- Experience with change management within the Machine Learning and AI domain.
- Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influencing.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience leading and executing strategic and operational initiatives for organizations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

You will act as a hybrid Chief of Staff and Technical Program Manager, requiring a strong understanding of both business operations and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Cloud AI Leadership team, driving strategic planning and operational excellence. Drive the implementation of the Cloud AI technical strategy, with a focus on cutting-edge AI/ML advancements and trends.
- Develop and implement best practices for organizational success and growth, focusing on scalability and efficiency. Lead strategic initiatives related to organizational structure, process optimization, and resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance and decision support on AI projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Google's AI principles. Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on Google Cloud's offerings.
- Provide direct support to the Cloud AI leadership team on high-priority and confidential initiatives, including preparing briefing documents, presentations, and executive communications. Facilitate executive meetings, ensuring clear agendas
- Lead cross-functional projects, managing timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
