Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in an analytical role with marketing, product management, data analyst, management consulting, or project management experience in technology.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Solutions implementation.
  • Experience with database querying, SQL coding and analysis.
  • Ability to grow in ambiguity and lead others around a shared goal.
  • Ability to manage various stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including quantitative fluency.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market plans for a set of new Google advertising products in collaboration with product managers for cross-functional partners and teams spread across offices around the globe.
  • Partner with go-to-market, gTech, marketing, and product managers to develop goals/strategy for your products and features.
  • Track and report on critical activation, advertising, and agency metrics for the senior Google Global Business Organization, product, as well as engineering leadership.
  • Train Google sales teams, partners, and customers on new Google Ads features and help with general education initiatives.
  • Incubate new products by managing experiments, alpha/betas to gather market learnings to inform product launch decisions.
