Sales Manager, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
  • Experience building a book of business.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with regional stakeholders.
  • 8 years of business experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or comparable degree.
  • Experience with or coaching digital campaign management, particularly in Google Ads or competing products.
  • Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context.
  • Experience managing and inspiring high-performance sales teams.
  • Independent, motivated and thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment, with effective communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team.
  • Deliver against ambitious revenue and product targets, and grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small and medium businesses in the Mexican market.
  • Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers, while tracking activity and providing detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent tracking.
  • Model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
  • Ensure team readiness to deliver complex advertising solutions and create a culture of sales innovation and advertiser success on the team.
