Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân trở lên hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tiễn tương đương.
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư chất lượng sản phẩm, Điện thoại Pixel hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương.
- 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển chất lượng sản phẩm và/hoặc kỹ thuật sản xuất, làm tốt sản phẩm điện thoại di động hoặc điện tử tiêu dùng.
- Có kinh nghiệm về hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm, Six Sigma, phân tích dữ liệu chất lượng, nghiên cứu dung sai và tiêu chí/kiểm tra ngoại quan.
Preferred qualifications:
- Có kinh nghiệm lắp ráp điện tử/cơ điện tử và phát triển quy trình kiểm tra/thử nghiệm sản phẩm.
- Có kinh nghiệm phòng ngừa lỗi chất lượng từ giai đoạn đầu, xử lý sự cố, cải tiến với đối tác gia công.
- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế, sản xuất, thử nghiệm, độ tin cậy sản phẩm.
- Có kinh nghiệm về đo lường, kiểm soát chất lượng thống kê, phân tích năng lực quá trình, kiểm tra mẫu, nghiên cứu độ lặp lại và tái lập.
- Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh, tiếng Trung.

Responsibilities
- Xây dựng và triển khai tiêu chuẩn ngoại quan cho điện thoại; thiết kế kế hoạch kiểm tra tại công đoạn lắp ráp cuối để đảm bảo chất lượng.
- Phát triển chất lượng cơ khí/ngoại quan qua hệ thống đo lường (máy quét la-ze, máy quét biên dạng), quản lý ngân sách thiết bị.
- Xử lý vấn đề chất lượng, phân tích lỗi và đưa ra nguyên nhân gốc cùng giải pháp khắc phục trong các giai đoạn sản xuất.
- Phối hợp tiêu chuẩn kiểm soát chất lượng đầu vào của nhà máy gia công với kế hoạch và phương pháp đo lường của nhà cung cấp linh kiện.
- Đánh giá thiết kế sản phẩm cùng đối tác và đội ngũ phát triển nhà cung cấp.
