Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
- 10 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or vendor management.
- Experience in delivering complex engineering projects using a managed services approach.
- Experience working in a fluid, technology-driven environment, within a large enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Implement an engineering managed services approach, including framework development, service catalog creation, governance, and vendor integration.
- Drive cost savings and efficiency through budget management, resource allocation, and process improvement.
- Define scope and requirements, plan and execute projects, track progress and ensure quality.
- Lead all aspects of engineering vendor management, including sourcing, selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, relationship building, and managing deliverables.
