Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with agency partners in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing strategic relationships with large regional agencies or holding companies, following a holistic approach to business growth.
  • Experience managing Technical Partners or Technical Units, with an understanding of Marketing Technology, Cloud, and AI solution scaling.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising industry landscape.
  • Track record of cross-functional leadership and driving outcomes in a highly matrixed environment.

About the job

The Agency Partners' team is a high-performing team that drives customer success by partnering with a wide range of agency partners. The Agency Partner's team leverages their executive influencing skills to partner with traditional media agencies, indies and new entrance to increase the value that Google media and technology brings to their agency business and their customers' businesses in order to drive business growth and product adoption for Google. This role prioritizes stakeholder relationships and collaborates with a portfolio of agencies to discover, develop, and execute business growth strategies.

As a leader on the high-performing Agency Partners team, you will drive customer success by building strategic partnerships with an ecosystem of traditional media agencies, independent shops, and new market entrants. In this role, you will leverage your executive influencing skills to demonstrate the value of Google's media and technology, strengthening long-term commercial relationships at the C-suite level. You will lead a dedicated team to discover, develop, and execute ambitious 2026 Joint Business Plans that drive business growth and scalable product adoption across a broad portfolio of agency-managed accounts.

Your primary focus will be on advancing the digital maturity of our agency partners, influencing budget allocation, and aligning strategic cross-functional resources—collaborating closely with product specialists, domain tech leads (DTL's) and gTech. By fostering a healthy, growth-oriented ecosystem, you will empower agencies to elevate their digital capabilities, ultimately delivering mutual, scalable business success for the agencies, their advertisers, and Google.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve ambitious business and product growth goals for Google and our mutual clients.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to C-suite agency stakeholders, nurturing existing relationships while actively engaging new partners.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive strategic plans for the portfolio’s top agencies, accelerating scalable product adoption across client base.
  • Advance the digital maturity of our agency partners, empowering them to elevate their advertisers' capabilities and campaign performance.
  • Advocate a supportive, growth-oriented partner environment where agencies can scale their operations and maximize client success.
