Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in developer ecosystems specific to product marketing, growth marketing or developer relations.
- 4 years of experience in marketing, planning, executing programs and managing stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building and scaling developer advocacy or ambassador programs.
- Knowledge of the AI/ML landscape, developer tools (e.g., Gemini, Gemma, Vertex AI), and the cloud ecosystem in Latin America.
- Ability to analyze market data and user feedback to develop innovative insights and actionable business strategies.
- Ability to manage engaging priorities, navigate complex organizations, and proactively solve new challenges with limited guidance.
- Ability to adapt style to various technical and business audiences.
- Excellent execution, communication and presentation skills.
About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you will manage the medium to large-scale program, focusing on deepening relationships with developers. You will leverage insights on various developer attitudes from advocates to skeptics, to tailor engagement strategies, manage the community, drive social advocacy, and oversee the priority users program, working cross-functionally to solidify Google's AI leadership.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the strategy to scale the AI superfans community among the developers Latin American community, setting goals (objectives and key results) and measuring success (e.g., share of voice, earned conversations).
- Scope and conduct research to understand various developer attitudes toward AI, develop innovative insights to tailor engagement strategies and messages for developers.
- Manage community engagement and advocacy programs, including exclusive events, content curation, social media amplification, and management of communication platforms.
- Oversee the priority users program, partner cross-functionally with product and engineering to provide priority access to AI innovations and integrate community feedback.
- Streamline internal processes (e.g., member vetting, onboarding, cross-product visibility) with Communications, Product, and Developer Relations teams to enhance program efficiency and value.
